I have a huge heart, a happy life, a great marriage, amazing kids and grandkids, loving friends, and a deep faith in God.
I have a Master's degree in Psychology and am also a writer and speaker specializing in holistic health and stress management.
Volunteering as a docent at Torrey Pines State Reserve is a huge joy. I live and play in San Diego.
